Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a responsible Marketing Enthusiast who is an expert in building programs and managing the systems required to generate consistent inbound lead traffic. The ideal candidate will utilize Marketo to its fullest potential, employing all available features to drive top-of-funnel growth while managing SFDC integrations. This role offers the opportunity to work with innovative teams in the Bay Area, and candidates must be U.S. Citizens or able to work in the US without corporate sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Great teamwork and the ability to manage expectations from multiple groups.
  • Collaborative approach with hands-on best practices using Marketo and SFDC.
  • Excellent understanding of Lead Management, Lead Routing, and Life-cycle Management.
  • Strategic thinking for optimization and scalability in marketing technologies.
  • Review program requirements with the team, optimize, and update progress on email campaigns.
  • Partner with marketing and technical teams to provide data-driven solutions for critical business needs.
  • Manage large data sets while maintaining data health and quality.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and dashboards, notifying leadership when action is required.
  • Oversee Lead Quality, Lead Scoring, and Lead Routing in Marketo.
  • Assess ad hoc analytic project requests and determine the best support approach.
  • Advise on marketing operations data requirements for thorough analysis.
  • Visualize data findings effectively to highlight implications for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Program and project management skills are a MUST.
  • 3-5 years of Marketo experience with 2-3 years of Salesforce experience.
  • Self-motivated, passionate about Marketing Automation, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Team player with hands-on experience in dashboard creation and reporting for executive reviews.
  • Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or eligible to work in the US without corporate sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in lead nurturing and lead scoring is a plus.
