 <ul style="padding-left: 20px; margin: 10px 0;">
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Previous Personal Lines insurance sales experience</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Strong communication skills; verbal and written.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Self-motivated.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Basic computer skills. Knowledge of Comparative Raters (e.g. EZLynx).</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Ability to meet or exceed sales goals.</li>
