Entry Level Recruiter/Sales Trainee (Atlanta)

As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in impacting candidates and customers by matching the right people with the right opportunities while collaborating closely with account managers and leveraging various sourcing tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source qualified candidates using resume databases, job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen and interview candidates through phone, virtual, and in-person encounters.
• Coordinate, schedule, and prepare candidates for interviews with clients.
• Partner with Account Managers to understand customer job openings and deliver timely results.
• Build and maintain industry relationships to generate referrals and sales leads while performing administrative and customer service tasks.

Benefits & Perks

• Compensation: Upon completion of a training period, a base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission, increasing to $55,000 after one year along with continued commission and performance-based incentives.

• Projected Recruiter Earnings: Year 1: $50,000; Year 2: $76,000; Year 3: $102,000.
• Projected Sales Manager Earnings: Year 1: $80,800; Year 2: $121,500; Year 3: $150,000.
