Order Management / Customer Service for Manufacturing

Salary: $50k - 60k per year

Excellent Direct Hire opportunity for established manufacturer in the Atlanta / Doraville area.

Salary: $50,000-$60,000 / Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm

You will be the first point of contact for customers while supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

Customer Service

• Process orders, provide status updates, and resolve issues quickly
• Handle customer concerns and escalate when needed
• Coordinate with operations on delivery and quality
• Track all customer interactions in HubSpot
• Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat business

Sales Support

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails
• Qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline
• Prepare quotes, follow up on proposals, and help close deals
• Keep CRM records accurate and up-to-date

Team Collaboration

• Update sales team on account activity and opportunities
• Work with Finance on pricing and credit approvals
• Share customer feedback with relevant departments

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years experience in account management, inside sales, or customer service in manufacturing
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Team player who can also work independently
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
• Problem-solver with attention to detail
