Position Overview

Virtual Medical Assistant - (Data Entry Specialist). This is a Full Remote job based in the United States. We are seeking a Virtual Medical Assistant specializing in Data Entry to support our client—a Cardiologist/Surgeon operating in the Mountain Time zone. In this role, you will ensure accurate and efficient data entry processes while working rotational shifts. The position is full-time requiring 2-3 years of relevant experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in the Mountain Time zone. Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry of patient referrals and records
• Audit and review team data to ensure quality and accuracy
• Review and double-check incoming referrals for completeness
• Log into hospital portals to retrieve and update patient records
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth clinical operations

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in data entry, preferably within a US healthcare setting
• Experience auditing and reviewing team data work
• Ability to manage patient referrals, including logging into hospital portals, renaming, and attaching records
• Excellent organizational skills and capability to manage multiple tasks
• Willingness and ability to work in the Mountain Time zone to align with client schedules
