Field Service Technician - Including Weekends - Minneapolis, MN (Minneapolis & St. Paul Areas)

Position Overview

Join Glory Global Solutions, Inc., a global leader in customer experience automation, as a technical field service specialist focused on electro‐mechanical repair. In this role, you will diagnose system problems, install and upgrade equipment, and ensure overall customer satisfaction while following strict safety guidelines. This position is based in the following areas: Location: Faribault, Rush City, Hutchinson, Menomonie WI, Rochester, Mankato, St Cloud, Alexandria. Compensation starts at a pay range of Salary: $20-27 an hour (actual pay adjusted based on experience, training, education, and other job‐related factors). The work Schedule: Days: Saturday–Tuesday, Times: 12PM – 11PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction by providing timely repairs and clear status updates during maintenance or downtime.
• Diagnose system problems and perform necessary repairs on electro‐mechanical equipment.
• Complete machine installations, execute Engineering Change Notices affecting system upgrades, and assist with hardware/software upgrades as required.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and complete required Environmental Health & Safety training, including prompt reporting of any job site accidents.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned within the scope of the position.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Currently enrolled in or completed professional studies in electro‐mechanics, electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Qualifications: Excellent customer service and communication skills; working knowledge of personal computers (especially Microsoft Office) and troubleshooting at the PCB/component level; ability to interpret electric schematics, logic diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Experience Required: 3–5 years of technical field service repair experience preferred, with exposure to industries such as aviation, medical equipment, or military repair.
• Requirements: Hold a valid Driver’s License; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; must be capable of driving a company van from home to various customer sites; physical stamina to sit, stand, kneel, bend, squat, and twist for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience repairing high-speed paper handling machines such as check sorters, mail sorters, currency sorters, ATMs, or copier machines.
• Certificates or additional training in related fields (mechanics, electronics, automation, or data processing) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in sectors such as aviation, medical equipment, vending machine repair, or military repair is preferred.
