Position Overview

As an Entry Level Recruiter at Richmond Marketing, Inc., you will play a vital role in our talent acquisition efforts. Richmond Marketing, Inc. specializes in building brand presence and creating value by executing marketing campaigns that foster customer loyalty and provide market-specific insights.Compensation:Job Type: Full-time, Pay: $600.00 per week. This remote position is based in Illinois with an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels.
• Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information effectively.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employee orientation and onboarding processes for new hires.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with recruiting software or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and candidate engagement.
