Compensation: USD 95,230.00 - 158,360.00 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement risk management programs for federal clients using NIST, RMF, and FISMA compliance frameworks.
  • Enhance cyber awareness among clients and project teams.
  • Collaborate with federal clients to mitigate risk through continuous monitoring and incident response.
  • Establish security controls to ensure the protection of client systems.
  • Deploy cutting‐edge security tools for federal clients.
  • Design and develop training objectives, curricula, instructor guides, student guides, job aids, and course materials using instructional design models.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office suite products including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
  • Active Secret security clearance required.
  • Willing to travel up to 15% on average based on client needs and industry sectors.
  • Experience working with RMF and NIST 800-53.
  • Experience with cyber security tools.
  • Familiarity with cyber awareness initiatives (e.g., phishing emails, cyber trainings).
  • At least 3 years of cyber security experience with an emphasis on cybersecurity course training development.
  • At least 3 years of experience with SIEM/IDS/IPS (such as Elastic Stack, Splunk, HBSS, or equivalent).
  • Background in instructor-led training, training & development, web-based training, and training content delivery.
  • IAT Level 3 certification required or willingness to receive certification within 30 days of employment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, etc.).
