Flight Operations Coordinator - Operations Control Center

Position Overview

Flight Operations Coordinator - Operations Control Center at Elevate Jet – a premier provider of aircraft charter, management, and sales services with almost 30 years of industry expertise – will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will ensure a seamless travel experience from coordinating trips to finalizing proposals, all while working in a Remote setting and reporting directly to the Director - Operations Control Center. Our team is dedicated to delivering personalized and safe travel solutions 24/7.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate full cycle trips, including flight planning and tracking, creating trip briefs and manifests, arranging catering, ground transportation, accommodations, and addressing other client requests.
• Manage international logistics by obtaining necessary permits, takeoff and landing slots, overflight exemptions, and ensuring compliance with customs and immigration requirements.
• Assist in preparing contracts, trip reconciliations, invoicing, and overall trip management in collaboration with the sales team and Flight Operations Center.
• Act as the inflight coordinator and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• High degree of confidentiality and discretion when working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Minimum one (1) year of Part 135 experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation or a related field.
• FAA Dispatch License.
