We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Response Representative (MRR) to join our marketing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Communications, you will bridge the gap between inbound lead generation and sales execution by qualifying inbound leads as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and scheduling meetings with Partner Managers to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond swiftly to inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website forms, and other sources.
- Engage with leads to assess their needs, challenges, and alignment with our offerings, qualifying them as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers, delivering an excellent first impression of Notable.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of lead interactions and progress within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Head of Communications to refine lead qualification criteria and improve conversion rates.
- Facilitate the seamless transfer of qualified leads to Partner Managers by providing all necessary background and insights.
- Schedule and confirm meetings between qualified leads and Partner Managers, ensuring a smooth transition by preparing them with relevant prospect information.
- Provide feedback to the Head of Communications and the broader team regarding lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Regularly report on key metrics such as lead response time, MQL conversion rates, and scheduled meetings to guide marketing and sales alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, lead qualification, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical skills for interpreting lead behavior and campaign performance.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
