Position Overview

Our client, a leading global manufacturer of high-volume automotive precision components, is seeking an Entry-Level Manufacturing Design Engineer to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering support to Manufacturing Operations, including Process Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Production teams.
  • Work on Design of automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment.
  • Use Solidworks for 3D design and Autocad for 2D Cad Design.
  • Participate in problem-solving related to production equipment.
  • Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present data-driven recommendations in regular meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • BSME or BSMET
  • 0-5 years of experience, including internships, in Manufacturing Engineering or Design Engineering - Entry level college graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD and/or 2D CAD - prefer Solidworks. Also proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and problem identification.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a diverse team environment.
