Job Description
- Assist Vice President with writing, designing, and distributing executive communications, reports, and presentations.
- Research, update and maintain trade and business editorial, awards, and events calendars.
- Help prepare and submit corporate and executive awards entries.
- Write and update executive bios and help write personnel announcements, press releases, etc.
- Conduct comprehensive research and vetting of industry conference and speaking opportunities.
- Help coordinate and prep executives for appearances at industry and press events.
- Work closely with internal groups to manage logistics for sponsorships.
