Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a passion for and experience in product-led growth (PLG) to join our team. In this role you will own critical initiatives that drive activation, adoption, automation, and ongoing engagement across our platform. Partnering closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market stakeholders, you will define strategy, deliver impactful product experiences, and scale adoption of our platform.
As a senior leader in the product organization, you will set vision and strategy while remaining hands-on in execution. Leveraging customer insights, product analytics, and experimentation, you will design frictionless onboarding experiences, accelerate customer time-to-value, and drive product-led initiatives that foster long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Own product-led growth strategy with a focus on activation, adoption, automation, and ongoing engagement.
- Define and drive key metrics for adoption, activation, retention, and product engagement.
- Lead agile product development cycles through sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and iterative delivery to ensure growth initiatives are executed effectively and on time.
- Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver scalable, user-centric features and workflows that reduce friction and accelerate customer value.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning product, go-to-market, and customer success to embed PLG across the organization.
- Design and execute experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, funnel optimization, cohort analysis) to continuously optimize onboarding, usage, and expansion.
- Build and refine automation-driven solutions that enable seamless customer self-service and sustain long-term engagement.
- Collaborate with leadership to align growth initiatives with the company’s vision, revenue strategy, and customer outcomes.
- Mentor and guide other product managers, contributing to a mature, high-performing product organization.
Required Qualifications
- Product-Led Growth (PLG): Deep understanding and proven experience in driving activation, adoption, and retention through PLG strategies.
- Metrics-Driven: Ability to define, track, and improve key product KPIs including activation, adoption, retention, and engagement.
- Execution Excellence: Demonstrated track record of translating strategy into impactful features and delivering results at pace.
- Agile & Sprint Management: Skilled in leading agile product development, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning to drive efficient outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience leading teams across engineering, design, data, and go-to-market functions.
- User-Centric Design: Ability to identify friction points and design solutions that accelerate time-to-value and boost engagement.
- Automation & Scale: Proven expertise in implementing self-service, automation, and lifecycle initiatives to support scalable growth.
- Data Fluency: Proficient in using experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, funnel optimization, cohort analysis) to guide decision-making.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to balance near-term growth opportunities with long-term product vision and organizational goals.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience, with 6+ years of product management experience, including at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success in product-led growth environments with direct ownership of adoption, activation, and engagement metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in an agile environment and excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
