Envera Systems is seeking a highly strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented Director of Marketing with a strong specialization in digital marketing. This individual will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and ultimately, revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the modern digital landscape, possessing a proven track record of leveraging social media, paid media (Google, Yahoo, etc.), SEO, content marketing, and other cutting-edge platforms to achieve measurable business outcomes. You will lead our marketing efforts, collaborating closely with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure a unified and impactful brand presence.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a holistic digital marketing strategy aligned with Envera Systems' business objectives, focusing on measurable ROI and KPIs.
- Paid Media Expertise: Oversee and optimize all paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Yahoo, Bing, and other relevant advertising networks. Manage budgets, conduct A/B testing, and continuously improve campaign performance.
- Social Media Leadership: Define and execute a compelling social media strategy that enhances brand visibility, engages target audiences, and drives conversions across relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
- Website & Conversion Optimization: Oversee website performance, user experience, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts to maximize lead capture and engagement.
- Email Marketing & Automation: Develop and execute advanced email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
- Analytics & Reporting: Establish robust reporting mechanisms, analyze marketing performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and inform future strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Inside Sales, Field Sales, and Product Development teams to ensure marketing efforts are fully integrated and support sales enablement.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging digital technologies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Qualifications:
- Label: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Label: 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role specifically focused on digital marketing.
- Label: Proven track record of driving significant, measurable business outcomes through digital marketing campaigns. Please be prepared to share examples of your impact.
- Label: Expert-level proficiency in managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Yahoo, and other major platforms.

- Label: Proficiency with modern marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
