Position Overview
Join Altitude as an Outside Sales Representative – a role designed especially for current or former athletes who thrive on competition, discipline, and measurable wins. At Altitude, you’ll work in a local sales territory, meeting clients face-to-face, building lasting relationships, and closing vital deals. Compensation: Weekly Pay + Commission + Bonuses, Location: Local Sales Territory (In-Person). Key Responsibilities
- Work in your assigned local sales territory to meet small and medium-sized business owners in-person.
- Present supplemental health insurance solutions to owners, managers, and employee groups.
- Generate new business opportunities through referrals, warm leads, and proactive prospecting.
- Build and manage your own book of business while scheduling follow-ups to maintain long-term client relationships.
- Track and submit daily sales activity and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with your sales manager to set and achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
Required Qualifications
- Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated with a passion for winning.
- Comfortable with rejection and skilled at overcoming objections.
- Disciplined, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
- Schedule: Willing to work a full-time schedule (40 hours).
- Proven history of high performance in sports, sales, leadership, or similar competitive fields.
- Passionate about helping others and making a tangible impact.
- Health & Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one (with licensing reimbursement available).
- Education: Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience; candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with relevant outside sales experience will be considered.
