A fast-growing healthcare technology team is seeking a highly motivated and imaginative Creative Strategist to help shape and execute high-impact marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the organic social media strategy across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and Snapchat
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and creators to bring campaigns to life
  • Create detailed creative briefs for designers, editors, and content producers
  • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content, and performance tracking
  • Conduct market research and assist in UI/UX projects to inform creative direction
  • Leverage marketing automation platforms to improve campaign efficiency and personalization
  • Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to guide creative decisions
  • Run A/B tests to refine messaging, visuals, and conversion tactics
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and MarTech innovations to enhance campaign performance
  • Perform additional marketing and operational tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of hands-on marketing experience, especially in social media and email strategy
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with influencers and marketing agencies (a plus)
  • Proficiency in ESPs such as Klaviyo, Braze, Emarsys, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and other paid social platforms
  • Understanding of Google AdWords, SEO best practices, and performance marketing
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize creative output
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, in-office environment
