Entry Level Sales & Customer Service Representative – Weekly Pay & Training Provided

Position Overview

Pulse Marketing is expanding in Covington and we are hiring Entry Level Sales & Customer Service Representatives to support our client campaigns. We represent nationally recognized brands, helping customers with product questions, service upgrades, and new account setup.

Salary: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Location: Covington (In person)

Schedule: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and answer product or service questions
• Assist with new account setups and service upgrades
• Deliver a positive customer experience by building rapport
• Learn and use basic consultative sales skills
• Work with your manager on team goals and personal development

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Full-time availability
• Reliable transportation for scheduled field work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
