Location: Atlanta, GA
Schedule: Hybrid Remote (Remote on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays; in-office on Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Reli. is a rapidly growing eCommerce company selling on Amazon, Walmart, Shopify (ShopReli.com), and eBay, with 7,000+ orders processed daily and over 1,000,000 unique customers including Marvel, Dominos, and Lululemon. We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven individual to join our product team as an E-Commerce Marketing Associate (Analytical). In this entry-level role, you will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing ad campaigns by leveraging your analytical mindset and attention to detail.
This starting position offers substantial potential for advancement. The starting wage will depend on experience and educational background, and the role is part of a Growth Plan with opportunities for compensation increases, building towards a $30/hr base upon reaching Level 2.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and take ownership of multiple product categories—from initial research and concept development to eventual product launch.
- Perform product and market research to identify new market opportunities or growth potential in existing markets.
- Conduct quantitative product analysis using Excel or Google Sheets to determine product specifications, pricing, and viability.
- Coordinate with purchasing/vendor teams to ensure accuracy of product specifications and pricing.
- Develop compelling copy for product pages including titles, bullet points, and enhanced content.
- Manage product page listings and updates across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart.com, and other marketplaces.
- Capture creative, market-focused product photography and generate design requests for marketing materials.
- Assist with design queue management and coordinate with designers for photo editing and finalization.
- Support marketing initiatives through A/B testing and price optimization to drive marketplace growth.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to apply a marketing mindset to product photography and to generate design requests for marketing materials.
- Strong product focus with the ability to conduct in-depth product research and analysis from a customer perspective.
- Resourceful, independent, and an effective problem solver.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Willingness to learn, incorporate constructive feedback, and communicate effectively within a team.
- Proficiency with computer technology and software tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with eCommerce product page creation, including images and copywriting.
- A strong marketing perspective—understanding what types of product images attract customers and drive conversions.
- High attention to detail with a proven ability to follow detailed SOPs and communicate findings clearly.
- Open-mindedness and adaptability in incorporating new ideas and feedback.
- Creative thinking to explore alternative approaches and view challenges from different perspectives.
- Demonstrated analytical ability to propose data-driven product specifications and determine pricing strategies.
- Natural intellectual curiosity with a willingness to ask questions and seek clarity on processes.
- Photography experience is a plus.
