Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst 2 to support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors for the State of Georgia in Atlanta, GA (30334). This role involves tracking requests, coordinating access, and ensuring compliance while delivering exceptional customer service. Duration: 12+ Months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and track onboarding/offboarding requests for completeness and accuracy.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for ticketing and account management tasks.
  • Verify account setups and ensure proper access rights and group memberships.
  • Communicate effectively with hiring managers regarding the status of requests.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service while adhering to SLAs.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree or 2+ years of help desk support experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and reporting.
  • Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
