Position Overview
Join our team as a part-time remote Customer Service Representative at Safelite, a leading auto glass company known for its people-first culture. In this role, you will assist customers through their auto glass claims process and help turn their day around, all while enjoying the benefits of a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally answer a variety of inbound calls using scripted prompts.
- Accurately enter claim data into production systems during live calls.
- Empathetically guide customers through filing their glass claims while building rapport.
- Verify customer insurance coverage and deductible amounts and communicate these details.
- Assist customers in scheduling repair, replacement, or recalibration services according to their preference.
- Utilize provided systems and resources to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns by providing accurate product and service information.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Must reside full-time in Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, or Texas.
- Must provide your own equipment with high-speed internet that meets required speeds.
- Must have a distraction-free workspace free from background noise and interruptions.
- Comfortable working in a structured, performance-based environment with high ethical and confidentiality standards.
- Proficient in operating computer and telephone systems in a remote setting.
- Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role.
- At least 16 years of age with a High School Diploma or equivalent (or actively enrolled).
