Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities: Own the full recruiting lifecycle, including meeting with hiring managers to understand their needs.
  • Source qualified professionals through various recruiting tools.
  • Screen potential consultants through interviews and reference checks, ensuring alignment with their goals, skills, and interests.
  • Communicate work opportunities and prepare consultants for starting their new roles.
  • Perform relationship-building activities, including coaching for interviews, checking in on their first day, and ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
  • Maintain a network of consultants with top industry-specific skill sets.
  • Build trusted relationships and act as a career partner to your network of professionals.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • A desire to work in a performance-based environment.
