Job Description

Paid Search Strategist – Summary

We’re seeking an experienced Paid Search Strategist to manage and optimize paid media campaigns in a fast-paced, growth-focused agency environment. This role owns day-to-day campaign performance, budget pacing, optimization, and reporting across search and paid social platforms while leveraging data to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Monitor performance, budgets, and KPIs; adjust strategy as needed
  • Develop and test ad copy, keywords, bidding strategies, and landing page CRO
  • Analyze data and report insights to internal stakeholders
  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and platform updates
  • Collaborate internally while exemplifying core values of curiosity, accountability, and competitiveness

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of digital marketing or paid media experience
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Bing Ads; paid social experience a plus
  • Experience with analytics, keyword research tools, and conversion tracking
  • Data-driven mindset with strong communication skills
