Position Overview
Are you a college graduate looking for a challenging and rewarding career? Do you enjoy ensuring that information is accurate? In this entry level compliance auditor role, you will receive paid training to learn the ins and outs of the job requirements and review employer payroll records to ensure that participants receive the benefit contributions promised in their labor contracts. This role is vital in determining accurate benefits for retirees. Location: Seattle. The position is 100% on-site at our Eastlake office. Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze payroll records to ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements and applicable contracts.
- Complete data entry and document any errors or omissions using proprietary audit software.
- Write weekly status updates for each audit performed.
- Effectively communicate with clients by asking appropriate questions and summarizing audit results.
- Contribute to the overall team effort by meeting production standards as measured by KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree with relevant work experience.
- Organized with the ability to juggle and prioritize workloads.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Attentive to details with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
- Willingness to travel with an excellent driving record.
