Position Overview:

Saint Francis Health System, in partnership with Warren Clinic—the largest physician group in Oklahoma—is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Hospitalist to join our well-established team in Tulsa, OK. This is a full-time, employed position offering a collaborative work environment with 100+ hospitalists and exceptional administrative and clinical support.

As a hospitalist, you will care for adult patients (16+) across a 900-bed adult facility, with access to robust sub-specialty support, 4 closed ICUs, and dedicated discharge coordinators. This opportunity is ideal for providers looking for a stable, growth-oriented program with strong team camaraderie, excellent retention, and academic collaboration.

Position Details:

• Employer: Warren Clinic – Over 500 physicians and 200+ APPs at 100+ locations across Eastern Oklahoma
• Setting: Inpatient, adult medicine
• Schedule: 7 on / 7 off | 10.5-hour shifts (4:00 PM – 2:30 AM)
• Annual Shifts: 182
• Daily Census: Up to 10 admissions
• No procedures required
• Support Staff: 30 day-shift hospitalists, 7 dedicated Nocturnists, rapid response/code teams
• Teaching Opportunities: Yes – Oklahoma State University & University of Oklahoma

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified/Eligible: in Internal Medicine
• Must obtain Board Certification: within 7 years of completing training
• New graduates and experienced physicians welcome
• Passion for inpatient care and teamwork within a large, integrated system
