Mechanical Engineering Co-op - Spring 2026

Position Overview

At SSOE, you work with the best and become part of something bigger than yourself. We are currently seeking a Mechanical Co-op – Spring 2026 to join our team in Toledo, OH or Nashville, TN. This is a full-time onsite role requiring daily presence at the office – remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available.

As part of our commitment to innovation, every team member will be trained on Microsoft Copilot and empowered to use it as a core tool in their everyday work.

Salary Range: $19-$23 per hour depending on year in school.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assigned tasks under the close supervision of the Department Manager or designee, following specific and detailed instructions.
• Learn and apply department standards, methods, and procedures relevant to your field of study.
• Meet various deadlines on daily duties or special projects as assigned.
• Be prepared for occasional travel.
• Possess a valid driver's license (may be waived for international assignments).

Required Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a two- or four-year college degree program.
• Preference for candidates in their second or third academic year.
• Demonstrated organizational skills.
