Key Responsibilities

• Hands on in writing User Stories, estimation, and leading Scrum ceremonies.
• Coordinating and facilitating end user testing with project resources.
• Reviewing and validating user stories and requirements.
• Developing detailed specifications.
• Creating business process flows, SOPs, and SLAs.
• Drafting business processes, procedures, and SOPs.
• Interacting daily with Project Managers and Product Owners.

Required Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience working in an Agile environment.
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Proven strong technical User Story writing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical problems to non-technical audiences.
