Your Responsibilities

• Fly and demonstrate Textron's aircraft to potential customers, showcasing their capabilities and features.
• Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections and ensure all aircraft systems are in working order.
• Collaborate with the Flight Operations team to plan and execute demo flights in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with potential customers during demo flights.
• Stay up-to-date on all aircraft specifications, systems, and performance capabilities to effectively communicate with potential customers.
• Adhere to all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and company policies during demo flights.
• Actively participate in the Flight Operations Pilot Development Program, continuously developing skills and knowledge to advance career.
• Document and report any issues or concerns with aircraft performance or customer feedback to the Flight Operations team.
• Maintain accurate flight logs and records of all demo flights and aircraft maintenance.
• Represent Textron and the Flight Operations team in a positive and professional manner at all times.
