Position Overview

Position: Marketing Specialist, Entry Level (Remote) at Remote Worker LTD. in Atlanta, GA.

Responsible for creating and implementing programs, projects, events, and campaigns that engage current and prospective clients to enhance brand awareness, cultivate leads, generate new business, and increase existing business. This role involves planning, executing, and evaluating marketing programs—including the development of new projects, technologies, campaigns, events, and partnerships—in a way that boosts brand visibility and delivers measurable incremental business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute multiple special projects or programs
  • Develop project plans for each program, including scheduling, promotion, content, logistics, and campaigns
  • Ensure each program is executed with excellence, covering branding, lead generation, data capture, and coordination with 3rd party vendors and brand partners
  • Collaborate across the organization on marketing initiatives and co-branded experiences
  • Utilize digital platforms and social media to extend the reach and impact of programs and campaigns
  • Leverage marketing automation to generate, assign, nurture, and report on leads
  • Support the sales team with custom nurtures across various channels
  • Set up and analyze A/B tests
  • Configure campaigns and workflows in Pardot and Salesforce CRM
  • Analyze performance, ROI, and customer feedback to optimize future programs and campaigns
  • Prepare and present reports to sales and marketing stakeholders
  • Manage assigned budgets, allocate resources effectively, and control costs to achieve desired outcomes
  • Research best practices and industry trends for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and trends to enhance campaigns and events
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, demanding environment with shifting priorities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills with strong communication abilities at all organizational levels
  • Strong executive presence
  • Experience with CRM, data analysis, marketing platforms, and reporting tools
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing and/or program management
