Key Responsibilities

• Plan photoshoots by developing shot lists and creative direction for both still images and video content.
• Provide on-set art direction, including virtual direction during remote periods and in-person guidance once safe.
• Create post-shoot selects, selects decks, and detailed retouching notes.
• Develop creative direction for video editing and present work to team leadership.
• Collaborate with teams across digital channels—including Converse.com, social media, email, and banners—to ensure cohesive content delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Design, Art Direction, Photography or a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in digital design or content creation for large retail e-commerce or a specialized digital agency.
• Excellent Adobe Suite skills along with proficiency in Figma (and Frame.io).
• Proficient understanding of photoretouching workflows and photo/motion post-production.
• Deep connection to streetwear culture and trends.
• Strong creative visual skills with the ability to conceptualize and art direct photoshoots.
• A collaborative, resourceful, and entrepreneurial mindset with excellent presentation and communication skills.
