We’re seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Recruiter | Sales Trainee to own the full recruiting lifecycle, build trusted relationships, and help skilled professionals advance their careers. With a vast network spanning engineering, sciences, and corporate talent through our Actalent and Aston Carter brands, you’ll engage with top industry experts and work within a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting with hiring managers to understand their needs
  • Sourcing qualified professionals through various recruiting tools
  • Screening potential consultants via interviews and reference checks to ensure alignment with their goals, skills, and interests
  • Communicating work opportunities and preparing consultants for new roles
  • Performing relationship-building activities including coaching for interviews, checking in on their first day, and maintaining continuous engagement
  • Maintaining a network of consultants aligned with top industry-specific skill sets
  • Building trusted relationships to be seen as a true partner in career advancement

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a plus
  • Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to work in a performance-based environment
