We’re seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Recruiter | Sales Trainee to own the full recruiting lifecycle, build trusted relationships, and help skilled professionals advance their careers. With a vast network spanning engineering, sciences, and corporate talent through our Actalent and Aston Carter brands, you’ll engage with top industry experts and work within a dynamic, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting with hiring managers to understand their needs
- Sourcing qualified professionals through various recruiting tools
- Screening potential consultants via interviews and reference checks to ensure alignment with their goals, skills, and interests
- Communicating work opportunities and preparing consultants for new roles
- Performing relationship-building activities including coaching for interviews, checking in on their first day, and maintaining continuous engagement
- Maintaining a network of consultants aligned with top industry-specific skill sets
- Building trusted relationships to be seen as a true partner in career advancement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a plus
- Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Desire to work in a performance-based environment
