Position Overview

Our Customer Service Consultants serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving issues with accuracy and empathy. Compensation: The actual compensation will depend on geographic location, skills, experience, and other qualifications – with eligibility for a discretionary bonus. Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid working policy).
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibilities: Successfully complete a comprehensive paid training course to prepare for assisting customers.
- Work different shifts between 7am – 8pm, Monday – Friday (assigned based on business need).
- Deliver an outstanding customer service experience while generating energy and passion around Corebridge Financial products.
- Quickly and effectively problem-solve to execute action items and deliver impactful solutions.
- Convey policy information and company procedures clearly to customers.
- Manage and troubleshoot complex customer service issues with cross-functional partners using advanced technical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- Action-oriented, high energy, personable, and committed to helping customers.
- Qualifications: Proven customer service or call center experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with internal and external customers.
- Advanced computer proficiency, including MS Office and strong typing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced call center environment while meeting key performance indicators.
