Position Overview
Wells Fargo is seeking talent for the 2026 Corporate Banking Early Career Program in Corporate and Investment Banking. This two-year program offers comprehensive training, on‐the‐job coaching, and exposure to credit analysis, deal structuring, and relationship management. Analysts will support financing activities, prepare client marketing materials, and work closely with Corporate Bankers to help clients achieve their financial and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities
- Perform company and industry research to identify key credit risks.
- Prepare historical financial performance analysis and model future financials.
- Create client marketing materials using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Assist in preparing credit underwriting materials and presentations for risk committee reviews.
- Support deal closings and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Monitor industry trends and update management on client developments.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of Corporate Banking Relationship Management experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation between December 2025 and June 2026.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Active involvement in extracurricular activities such as volunteerism, student organizations, or leadership roles.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in financial markets, banking, or the financial services industry.
