Position Overview

Wells Fargo is seeking talent for the 2026 Corporate Banking Early Career Program in Corporate and Investment Banking. Key Responsibilities

• Perform company and industry research to identify key credit risks.
• Prepare historical financial performance analysis and model future financials.
• Create client marketing materials using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Assist in preparing credit underwriting materials and presentations for risk committee reviews.
• Support deal closings and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Monitor industry trends and update management on client developments.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months of Corporate Banking Relationship Management experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation between December 2025 and June 2026.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Active involvement in extracurricular activities such as volunteerism, student organizations, or leadership roles.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in financial markets, banking, or the financial services industry.
