Position Overview

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700.00 - $1,500.00 per week
Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities

• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and marketing strategies
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients
• Engage with customers in a friendly, personalized way in our in-store marketing campaigns
• Assist the sales and marketing team in new customer acquisition through closed sales
• Represent the company professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience while adhering to company values

Required Qualifications

• Strong ability to build relationships and connect with clients
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized, adaptable, and driven to succeed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing preferred but not required
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred, though a high school diploma is accepted
