Job Description

Position Overview

A client of Insight Global is hiring for a tier 1 help desk technician for a 3 month contract with possible extensions. In this role, you will be responsible for providing tier 1 end user support for external customers. You will serve as the first line of defense for users experiencing technical difficulties and handling general IT inquiries related to both hardware and software.
