Position Overview
At Valor Global, as a Member Engagement Coordinator, you will be part of a mission-driven team focused on improving access to care for Medicare Advantage and Medicaid members. In this remote role, you will make high-volume outbound calls using auto-dialers to schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations with licensed providers. Candidates MUST be in AZ or MO. No other states will be considered. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required. This position offers Compensation: $16.50 per hour or $17.50 per hour for Spanish Bilingual Agents and is central to ensuring exceptional service and adherence to quality and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an automatic dialer to offer and schedule free health evaluations.
- Follow 20+ approved scripts and respond to rebuttals with professionalism and courtesy.
- Present a positive, high-energy approach when engaging with members and team members.
- Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed with members and contracted providers.
- Monitor performance metrics such as appointments, calls, handle times, and productivity.
- Report member complaints and escalations promptly to Member Engagement Managers.
- Participate in peer side-by-side coaching sessions as required.
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA and other security and privacy guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Must be located in AZ or MO.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume outbound call center environment using auto-dialer systems and scripts.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively overcome objections.
- Ability to strictly adhere to a fixed daily schedule, including start time, breaks, lunch, and end time.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, or 2+ years of general work experience.
- Strong computer skills and proficient multitasking across multiple systems concurrently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in outbound call centers and high-volume sales environments.
- Background in phone or inside sales with a persuasive approach.
- Experience utilizing rebuttals effectively while maintaining courtesy.
- Comfort with working remotely in a distraction-free, secure workspace.
- Basic technical aptitude with troubleshooting and using MS operating systems.
