This role is designed for recent college graduates to join and build out the Sales Development Department at a company that believes in growing talent from within and provides extensive training. Key Responsibilities
- Meet sales activities (KPIs): Dials, Calls, Follow-ups and Meetings.
- Manage communication cadence for your assigned customer base.
- Identify, grow, and retain existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer principals and develop a working understanding of their business model and product usage.
- Leverage internal departments (support, development, services) to address customer needs with a focus on satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Use client interactions and insights to inform new features and future product developments by relaying feedback to the R&D team.
- Maintain accurate records of your daily activities within the company CRM system.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree or 1+ years’ experience in a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
- Ability to collaborate and provide/accept feedback effectively in a team setting.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits & Perks

- Compensation: Base salary of $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 (DOE) with an OTE of $60,000.00 - $100,000.00.
- Travel requirement of 20%.
- Remote work position – no relocation required.
