Position Overview

Join our legendary multi-platform Entertainment Group as a Graphic Designer. You will produce high-impact visual assets—from album covers and social media graphics to merchandise and packaging—that bring our unique “Tech Grit” aesthetic and “Rock Heritage” to life. Applicants must have entertainment experience and reside in Nashville TN.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Execution: Design and produce high-impact visuals across various entertainment and media formats including album covers, film/TV key art, social content, tour posters, digital ads, print layouts, and merchandise.
• Editorial & Packaging Design: Collaborate on editorial layouts for magazines and collectible editions, as well as develop physical and digital packaging for music, graphic novels, and multimedia products.
• Visual Storytelling: Craft artwork that supports narrative, mood, and cultural tone, helping to shape the visual language of our brands.
• Brand Integrity: Ensure visual consistency across all creative outputs while experimenting with fresh, edgy aesthetics that reflect our rock and alternative DNA.
• Multitasking & Time Management: Manage multiple active projects concurrently, meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative directors, editors, marketers, and production teams to ensure alignment on messaging, timing, and format.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in music, fashion, or entertainment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a bold, distinctive style, particularly aligned with music or subculture aesthetics.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with layout, typography, and print production.
• Must reside in the area of Nashville TN.
