In this position, you will assist in coordinating and documenting shipping activities, support internal teams, ensure operational accuracy, and help maintain compliance with USPS standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing shipment documentation
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to track inventory and freight schedules
  • Verify data accuracy in shipping and receiving records
  • Prepare reports and maintain organized files of logistics transactions
  • Communicate with carriers and vendors to confirm delivery timelines
  • Support warehouse operations with administrative tasks and system updates
  • Ensure compliance with USPS operational standards and guidelines

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with logistics processes or inventory systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain support
  • Working knowledge of logistics software or shipment tracking tools
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced administrative environment
