  • Actively participates in performance optimization projects for cloud‑based systems and services through conducting cost analysis for specific cloud infrastructure components and applications.
  • Assists with the implementation of service monitoring and partners with infrastructure support and development teams to ensure continuous availability and operational continuity of critical systems.
  • Supports all aspects of the cloud development life cycle for cloud solutions, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance.
  • Supports the development team by resolving moderately complex developer issues in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Executes troubleshooting of incidents, identifies root causes, resolves and documents problems, and implements preventive measures while providing high‑availability operational support.
  • Develops build and release processes.
  • Undertakes system configurations and baselines to support secure application development and software control best practices.
  • Writes and delivers automation scripts and cloud infrastructure as code to ensure standardization, reliability, scalability, continuity, and consistency in resource deployments and maintenance.
  • Implements and manages cloud security controls across compute, networking, identity, storage, and backup services in alignment with enterprise security standards.
  • Monitors cloud security posture, investigates findings, and collaborates with engineering and operations teams to drive remediation.

Required Qualifications

  • Two (2) or more years of relevant experience, preferably in cloud security, cloud engineering, or infrastructure security.
  • Practical experience with CSPM, CNAPP concepts, secure cloud architecture, and cloud security controls is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with automation and Infrastructure as Code to deploy or manage cloud resources securely.
  • Familiarity with micro‑segmentation, network security concepts, and zero‑trust principles.
