As a Remote Travel Counselor, you’ll join our highly skilled remote team providing outstanding service to a multinational entertainment conglomerate. Hours Of Operation: 24/7
Location: United States
Compensation: $46,200.00 - $85,800.00 base salary plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (both individuals and groups).
  • Conduct analysis and research on travel options, pro-actively anticipating traveler needs to sell additional services.
  • Arrange and book domestic and international business travel (air, road, rail, and accommodations) in varying complexities.
  • Utilize Sabre Global Distribution Systems (GDSs) to facilitate bookings.
  • Ensure compliance with agreed travel policies, service provider requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Apply positive telephone service techniques and promptly address special customer requests.
  • Collaborate with your team by coaching, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to enhance service levels.

Required Qualifications

  • Passion for excellence in client service, with a proactive approach to anticipating needs.
  • Native GDS expertise Sabre
  • Three–Five Years of Corporate Entertainment and Production Travel experience
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to integrity when handling personal traveler information.
  • Strong understanding of the travel industry (experience in business travel and entertainment travel, including production, is a plus).
  • Ability to resolve customer issues quickly, whether independently or with supplier support.
  • A team-oriented mindset with openness to feedback.
  • Flexibility to work afternoon shifts (12pm–12am) as part of our 24/7 Traveler Care operation.
