• Draft and proofread case-related documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain detailed records and track case progress using internal systems and tools.
• Communicate updates and escalations to supervisors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals and deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Follow established protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to manage data and support administrative tasks related to case preparation.
• Adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate initiative in handling tasks.
