Key Responsibilities

  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently
  • Assist with retail counter transactions including sales and inquiries
  • Maintain organized records and prepare documentation as needed
  • Operate mail processing equipment and perform manual mail handling
  • Ensure proper labeling and routing of shipments
  • Provide courteous and helpful service to customers
  • Follow USPS procedures and safety guidelines at all times

Required Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office equipment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a clerical, customer service, or retail environment
