Administrative Assistant - Per Diem (Remote in Pacific Region)
This role is open exclusively to remote work-from-home employees in Washington, Oregon, California, Hawaii and Alaska.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documentation while maintaining files and tracking suspense items.
- Provide back-up telephone support and assist with general office tasks.
- Process invoices and billings while maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain unit attendance records, libraries, and manuals; record meeting minutes.
- Make travel arrangements and manage supply inventory by ordering supplies as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned and support the organization’s quality programs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least one (1) year of experience in general office administrative duties or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
- PC literate; proficient with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong analytical, interpretive, and organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal ability and experience working in a team environment.
- Capability to meet or exceed performance competencies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with an insurance company, broker, or consultant.
- CTABS experience a plus!
