Position Overview

We are a dedicated care company specializing in long-term 1-on-1 private duty nursing for disabled pediatric and adult patients – including those on g-tubes, trachs, and vents. Our mission is to provide compassionate care, support our nurses like family, and be the best pediatric nursing home health agency available. This role is located in the Chicagoland area and is open to licensed nurses, even those without prior pediatric experience (training provided).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, compassionate nursing care to patients with specialized needs.
• Administer care for patients on g-tubes, trachs, and ventilators.
• Collaborate closely with schedulers, case managers, and office staff to match nurses with patients.
• Participate in ongoing training for pediatrics, home health, and other specialized skills.
• Ensure patient safety and monitor health conditions diligently.

Required Qualifications

• Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Illinois.
• Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience.
• Current CPR certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pediatric nursing experience is a plus.
• Experience in home health or nursing home settings.
