Marketing & E-commerce Coordinator

Location: Remote, with preference for candidates based in South Florida (Miami, West Palm, Stuart) or Southern California (San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles)

The Role:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports Sip Tequila’s DTC marketing and ecommerce execution across our customer-facing channels and marketing operations. This role is responsible for keeping launches and initiatives organized and moving, coordinating assets and timelines, and ensuring customer-facing updates are accurate and on time.

Sip Tequila is a small team with a high bar. You will work closely with the CEO, Head of Digital & Brand, and collaborate daily with the Brand Content/Ops Manager and DTC partners. Priorities can move quickly, but you will have clear direction and support. We value strong communication, sharp organization, and someone who takes pride in getting the details right.

We are also looking for someone who takes initiative. You notice what needs to happen next, flag issues before they become problems, and bring thoughtful ideas and solutions. This role is also for someone who stays curious and plugged in. You keep a finger on the pulse of what is happening in culture, media, and digital commerce, and you proactively bring fresh ideas that can help Sip reach new customers while staying true to the brand.

As Sip grows, this role has meaningful room to expand in scope and ownership based on performance and interests.

Key Responsibilities

  • E-commerce and Shopify Execution:
    • Support Shopify updates for launches, promotions, merchandising, and product content updates.
    • Build and update collections, landing pages, navigation, and on-site messaging as directed.
    • Support PDP setup and updates, including product copy, imagery organization, key callouts, and ensuring required details are present.
    • QA site changes before launches, including pricing, promo messaging, links, discount behavior, and mobile checks.
    • Coordinate with Operations to ensure product availability, timing, and key details are reflected accurately on-site.
  • Organic and Paid Content Strategy Support:
    • Partner with the Head of Digital & Brand to support organic and paid content planning, including campaign alignment and content needs.
    • Collaborate closely with the Brand Content/Ops Manager to translate real-time product and ops moments into planned content opportunities.
    • Help identify what organic content is performing and flag candidates for reuse, repurposing, or paid testing.
    • Support creative feedback loops by organizing performance notes and learnings for future iterations.
  • Affiliate Program Ownership:
    • Own Sip Tequila’s affiliate program operations, including onboarding, communication, and partner support.
    • Ensure affiliates have the correct tracking links, approved messaging, and timely creative assets.
    • Plan and coordinate affiliate activations around launches, promos, and seasonal moments.
    • Monitor affiliate performance and surface insights and opportunities for improvement.
    • Maintain affiliate documentation, partner lists, and consistent organization across the program.
  • Email and SMS Execution:
    • Schedule and QA email and SMS campaigns in collaboration with the Head of Digital & Brand.
    • Support lifecycle flows through QA, light updates, and troubleshooting as directed.
    • Coordinate links, UTMs, segments, and asset placement to ensure sends are accurate and on time.
    • Maintain a simple campaign QA checklist and ensure each send meets baseline requirements.
  • Marketing and Brand Support:
    • Support brand partnerships by coordinating gifting, product seeding logistics, and asset delivery.
    • Help manage community-facing moments like giveaways, collabs, and event support as needed.
    • Support influencer and creator coordination by tracking sends, deliverables, approvals, and usage permissions.
