CI/CD & DevOps Engineer

Position Overview

ATI is Hiring! We are looking for a CI/CD & DevOps Engineer for our remote client. Job Title: CI/CD & DevOps Engineer – AWS & Genesys CX Cloud. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain automated pipelines that embed security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle. You will work in modern DevOps and DevSecOps environments, focusing on cloud infrastructure automation and contact center technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based applications.
• Implement DevOps and DevSecOps best practices, ensuring security is integrated into every stage of the pipeline.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning for AWS and Genesys CX Cloud deployments.
• Manage and optimize pipelines and automation jobs.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate code repositories and branching strategies.
• Utilize Forge or other relevant tools for deployment automation.
• Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of CI/CD processes.
• Conduct vulnerability scanning, compliance checks, and security audits within pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve build and deployment issues across environments.
• Drive continuous improvement in automation, monitoring, and security posture.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CI/CD pipeline development and management.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services (EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, etc.).
• Experience with Genesys CX Cloud platform and integrations.
• Proficiency in Jenkins, Terraform, Bitbucket, and Forge.
• Solid understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps principles, including secure coding and automated security testing.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK, etc.).
• Knowledge of security best practices in CI/CD and cloud environments.
• Certifications in AWS, DevOps, or Genesys CX Cloud are a plus.
