Position Overview

Join us as a Technology Support Specialist where you will provide on-site technical support for A/V conference room setups and assist with troubleshooting both Windows and Mac OS environments. You will support two physical locations in Jacksonville, FL and one unstaffed site in Tallahassee, FL. As a key member of the on-site technical support team, you will ensure IT operations run smoothly and deliver exceptional service.

Schedule: 3Months contract with the possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide audio visual support by configuring Microsoft Surface Hubs, troubleshooting Crestron devices, ensuring Microsoft Teams Rooms connectivity, and supporting additional technologies (Condeco, Barco Click Share, Pano, Polycom, Cisco, and other AV equipment).
  • Deliver comprehensive technical support for on-site issues involving PC, MAC, application, AV, and network connectivity; manage ServiceNow tickets and adhere to SLAs.
  • Handle asset management tasks such as shipping, receiving, tracking hardware, printer installation/configuration, and event/meeting support, including occasional travel and after-hour assistance.
  • Provide remote hands support by checking ports, tracing cables, rebooting hardware, and perform VIP/White Glove support as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience Required: A/V conference room setup and technical support experience with Windows and Mac OS.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting audio, video, and network connectivity issues in a multi-site environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office365.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow ticket management and asset tracking procedures.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
