Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and components.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to enhance customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3+ years of diesel repair experience.
- Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency with computerized tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
