Full Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This paid, full-time position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign coordination, and brand development. The Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Support social media management, including content scheduling, engagement tracking, and performance reporting
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including list management and content preparation
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives
  • Monitor website performance and assist with SEO optimization efforts
  • Support paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads and social media ads) through tracking and reporting
  • Prepare marketing reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Maintain marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and project documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and operations to ensure consistent messaging
  • Assist with event coordination, webinars, and promotional activities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree: in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing software
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles
