Denver, CO (On-site) | June 3rd, 2026

$45K base (no experience) | $47.5K base (sales experience)

Uncapped Commission | $70K–$100K OTE in 12–18 months

What is Recruitment?

Recruitment is a sales-driven role where you connect companies with the talent they need to deliver major projects.

For example:

  • A client is developing a large-scale solar or energy infrastructure project and needs specialist engineers or project leaders.
  • You identify the right people, manage the hiring process, and help close the deal.
  • On the permanent side, each placement generates high-value, one-off fees, meaning fewer deals can still lead to strong earnings.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a 360, client-facing sales role, where you will:

  • Build relationships with clients and win new business
  • Develop your own market within renewable energy
  • Source and engage candidates in technical markets
  • Manage interviews, offers, and negotiations
  • Close deals and generate revenue

Training & Development

Everyone starts with our 6-week paid Training Academy, delivered by our global L&D team:

  • 1 week of In Person training in either Houston, Denver or New York!
  • Hands-on training in sales, negotiation, and client management
  • Learn how to build and run your own desk

You must be available for the full academy in Denver and open to travel for 1 week of it.
